New Haven Food Mural
A mural that represents one of the best parts of the New Haven nightlife scene; incredible restaurants and delicious, diverse food.
Each element of the mural pulls from a menu item at five different New Haven restaurants.
Installed in 2023, this piece was created during a fragile moment for the restaurant industry. Many local spots were still reeling from pandemic-era closures, rising costs, and post-pandemic inflation. This mural was intentionally designed not just to celebrate incredible food, but to redirect foot traffic back to the small, local businesses that give New Haven its flavor and soul.
