The one thing learned from the Netflix show, Tidying Up with Marie Kondo, is that I need to be grateful for the items that serve me... even if I just want to sell them off so I can make cool new shit, erm products. When cleaning out your inventory the first thing you do is decide what to mark the item down to, and then you begin creating a whole sale campaign complete with new Etsy keywords, social media announcements, and email blasts. Or at least that's what I do.
But what I forget is to sit and be grateful for what those products have given me.
They were once your babies and even though they weren't as popular or aren't as exciting as your new projects, they still deserve a good home. If you needed this reminder, I'm glad my little art blog reached you. If you want to see what I'm letting go of inventory wise in 2019 they're all pictured below.
