I'm back at it with the next 10 days. I focused more on finding my style... and I'm still not sure I have. These last 10 days, which albeit always turn into months with the amount to draw, have been interesting.
I've tried cartoons, simplistic faces, more realistic faces, even no faces. They've all lead me to this place where I'm choosing how I like to draw best. For now I love my dancing moon goddess with her wild rainbow hair and no face and I love all the different eyes I've been able to create for each character. Most of all I love that they all still feel like me. Here are the challenges I've been working on - you can mouse over each photo for more information as well. I am participating in the #100daysproject - which is essentially 100 days to work on a theme for your art portfolio @louve.draws on Instagram did a #drawthisinyourstyle that ended up being my first piece in this 100 days challenge @poulpychoups also did a #drawthisinyourstyle that I ended up removing because I disliked it so much (but on here she will live forever) @pawsofpride created an adorable #drawthisinyourstyle which I think might become part of my future kids collection. I participated for the first and last time (for a while) in @illostories monthly challenge and it wasn't my favorite. I redrew @sakura.bell #drawthisinyourstyle which I think is one of my best characters to date and I created my own #drawthisinyourstyle where you can draw any or all of these cute little ghosts. Let me know in the comments which style is your favorite.
